Eligibility:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the incorrect item.
- You've changed your mind about the item, under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@costumesclub.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Assessment: After confirming your item is eligible for a refund, we'll provide instructions for its return.
- Processing: We inspect the returned item upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are defective or damaged.
- Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be issued on a new gift card.

Return Window:
- Our return window opens when you receive your item. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. We adjust this period based on the actual delivery date to ensure you have enough time to evaluate your purchase.
Eligible Items:
- Items must be in unworn, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Exceptions:
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Initiate a Return:

- Receive Instructions: We will send a return shipping label and instructions.
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will process the refund according to our Refund Policy.
