Customer service was top notch. She was very patient with me even though I was indecisive in the beginning. She even customized it. It looks fantastic, truly well made. It has great details. It fit perfect and completed my son's look for his birthday which added to his enjoyment of the day.

I would've given it 5 stars but the red collar bled onto the white part at the end of the day. I was able to wash it off but it needs to be machine dried or the red collar bleeds again.
